Welcome 2010! We have been so busy with all the holiday's! So here's some catching up!

Our little Hannah turned 4 years old on December 19th. Hannah wanted a Strawberry Shortcake themed party at Jungle Jims. All the kids had a super good time!

Then we had Christmas and New Years in the mix

Followed by, Madison turning 5 years old on January 10th. She had a Princess and the Frog party at Classic skating. Her Aunt Jessie and Uncle John made the cake and cupcakes. (Hannah and I helped decorate! It was a SURPRISE for Madi!) It was her first time skating, she did so well. She LOVED it! Well, not much more news to share, but I hope you can see the fun we had with all the photos!

So our sweet little Madi bumped her face on the foot board of our bed last night and knocked one of her "loose teeth" even looser. (She had some dental work done about a year ago and 2 of her teeth rejected the work and were pretty much dying. They were going to fall out on their own, VERY soon) But the bump caused one to start bleeding and was just hanging onto almost nothing. I took her into the dentist today and he decided that we needed to pull them out. After taking X-rays he deiced that the roots were pretty much gone. He numbed her up and gave her the "piggy nose" and those teeth came right out. She shouldn't be loosing teeth at such a young age, so they are making a pedial partial. On Friday, she gets her new teeth! But tonight... The Tooth Fairy comes! On the way home from the dentist I decided to stop into the Eye Dr. Madi didn't pass her eye exam at pre-school and we needed to get a second look at them. Sure enough, she needs glasses. (this explains her clumsy-ness.. I just thought she took after RJ...HE HE HE) She picked out some cute frames... They will be in, in a week or so! Next time you see her, she'll have new teeth and new glasses!

Our cute little Madi had a rough, traumatic day (for a 4 year old, I guess I'd be upset if I lost 2 front teeth and found out I was going to have to wear glasses all in the same day) BUT, she's excited about the new stuff and the experiences she's endured today!

What We've been up to...

Well, I just can't find the time to keep this up to date lately! We had a fun summer. We went swimming in our back yard ALOT, camped a few times and went to several summer BBQ's. Now it is officially fall OR winter. In Utah the weather can't decide! LOL!

RJ and I went to Las Vegas to see the UTES ply UNLV! That was a BLAST! The two of us celebrated our 4 year anniversary on September 30 and I also turned another dreadful year older on October 13th! We decided to take this trip to Las Vegas (without kids). Our good friend (Uncle) Jason watched our kids Thursday, Friday and Uncle Johnny and Aunt Jessie picked them up on Saturday! The kids had a GREAT time with both and we REALLY appreciated the time away! Thursday we spent the night in Hurricane (land of long hair long skirts and multiple wifes... I LOVE IT) We golfed Friday morning (where I got to use my new clubs RJ bought me for my birthday... They're Pink) We ended up in Vegas around 5:00 Friday night! We stayed on Freemont street! I will never stay amywhere else! It was so much fun! The night time entertainment is amazing! RJ's parents treated us and the rest of the Cameron Adults to dinner Friday night at the Macaroni Grill... YUM! The rest of Friday night is... well... What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas! (I will say one thing... She smelled SOOO good! LOL) On Saturday we went with Dave and Lisa to "Sign the BoneYard"... I was so confused, I couldn't understand why anyone would want to pay $15.00 to sign the old Vegas signs. I miss read Lisa's text. We went to the sign BoneYard. It is where they are storing all the old Neon signs for restoration, some day if they can get enough donations, there will be an actual museum of all of them! It was pretty cool. Lisa took some great pictures and some day I might get copies! (hint, hint Lisa) That night the UTES Blew UNLV out of the water! It was a given! Come on... It's the RUNNIN' UTES! :) Sunday was a long drive home with little money, no thanks to the 3 card poker table. Geez, that was the ONE time I should have listened to RJ! Well, now we just sit and wait for our lottery ticket to pull through!

Halloween was fun the girls all made out pretty good! Kia went with her friends and she said they spent more time walking around rather than trick or treating! RJ and I took turns taking Madi and Hannah out! Madi got pooped half way and Hannah and I went alone! Hannah and I were scared a few times, I actually screamed sooo loud, there was this guy with a saw who jumped up from the side of his porch and scared the crap out of me! It was great!

Well... they made out like bandits! We shouldn't have to buy candy for months! We ended the evening by falling asleep on the couch!

Well, I haven't updated any new news for a while! I guess it's time! Not much going on in our lame-o lives... For anyone who knows, Madi had "surgery" on her teeth back in Sept of last year to fix the bottle rot, I caused as a horrible mother! LOL... and her gums aren't taking to 2 of the teeth the right front and the eye tooth (YEP RIGHT IN FRONT) so she is going to loose those 2 teeth VERY soon. (Ultimately if anyone knows this happened to Johnny as a child.. Lets blame it all on OMA, she started it with him! I was not taught a good example! LOL, just kidding mom) She is only 4, she shouldn't be loosing any until she is 5, closer to 6. So... she will be getting a partial to replace those teeth as soon as they fall out. Hannah is a stinker who thinks she rules our world.. OK, she does! They are getting BIG! Mckayla is a BIGGER stinker! She turned 12 on June 25. We got her a cell phone, we also bought a cute little purse for it to go in and told her it had to be in there at all times. Let me remind you it was 1 month ago that she got this phone!.... on July 4th she jumped into the pool with it in her pocket... it was OK! But that wasn't a lesson learned for her... OH NO!... last Saturday, she had it in her pocket (not in the purse, like her VERY SMART mother had told her) and it fell into the toilet! It is ruined... $100.00 to replace it! WTF people! Why when we are 12 do we know more than we do when we are ... OK, my age isn't important here! You get the point! Anyway... She will be going into 7th grade at the end of August! Cell phone or no cell phone, that is TBD! My oh my... We have a long road ahead!

As for me and RJ, we are same old!...

I did start a small Mary Kay business... All the ladies should come attend an amazingly fun facial! (We have mens stuff and teens stuff too) Check out my website.. www.marykay.com/jessicacameron You can earn 50% off your Mary Kay order... Ask me how! :)

Also, I have my 15 year high school reunion this Saturday! I am pretty excited! Don't know if anyone that I hung out with will show up, but it will be fun to see all the faces again! It seems like yesterday, yet... It seems like so long ago! Hmmm...
More to come after Saturday on that subject!

The New Pool

On Memorial Day; Pampa decided to ask Madi and Hannah if they'd like to have their big swimming pool at our house! He told them that he'd bring it over the next morning... (He'd had a few drinks, he was telling them what ever they wanted to hear) If you have kids, you know that... THEY REMEMBER EVERYTHING! The next morning they kept asking "what time is pampa coming?" and every truck they heard, they thought it was him! We kept avoiding the subject, hoping to get through the weekend without having to put this pool up. It didn't work, finally I went over and picked it up, they were so excited they couldn't stand it! By the time I got back home, Madi & Hannah had the back patio cleaned up to make room for this HUGE pool and were in their swim suits and life jackets on. (It is 3' deep and 13' round) They were determined to get in from the minute we put the hose in it (Teeth chattering and purple lips!) It took 4 1/2 hours to fill up. Needless to say it's been a great addition to our yard for the warm weather that comes and goes! Now I have 2 little mermaids who are going to be great swimmers and 1 big mermaid minus the fin!
